Silence was created as part of chamber group Fuse Ensemble’s 2025 season of work Speech and Silence, a concert evening that explored two ways of listening experienced in succession, a push-pull, inside-out encounter between two worlds.
Fuse Ensemble’s Speech and Silence concert had its New York premiere at Roulette on June 27, 2025, where they performed live with Pamela Z.

Gina Biver’s Likeness, (2023) for chamber ensemble, OP-1 synth and fixed audio, was inspired by Korean philosopher Byung Chul-Han’s idea that in the place of building relationships with others – or “the other” – humans are increasingly mirroring themselves. Rising Forests - This is a promotional outreach video for the Northern Virginia environmental non-profit Earth Sangha. I have known Lisa and Chris Bright for many years and it was a pleasure to work with them. My husband Steve went to the Dominican Republic with Chris and Matt Bright to shoot the footage while living among the tree bank farmers.
