Sound Walk commissioned by Jane Franklin Dance

On March 1, 2008 at the Schlesinger Center in Alexandria, VA, Gina's newest work, a 16-minute electronic composition commissioned by Jane Franklin Dance will be performed at 8 p.m. In creating the music for Sound Walk , I used live, environmental sounds I recorded in Jane's community dance classes and workshops and wove them in with real instruments to create four new electronic pieces.
